Heli-One has extensive capability for repair, overhaul, modification and testing on a wide variety of components. We test dynamic components on site at one of our two strategically located test stands, reducing turnaround times.

In addition to our dynamic component test stands, we have developed in-house technology that allows us to overhaul and test various static, pneumatic, oil, fuel and hydraulic components. From complex cleaning procedures to high speed balancing to high pressure testing, we constantly work to increase Heli-One’s capabilities to better serve you.

In an effort to constantly reduce costs for our customers our engineering team has developed a wide range of DER repairs enabling us to return components to service rather than buying new.
